Experience and Education
Annabel practises a variety of movement: yoga, hiking, rock climbing, dancing, snowboarding and more. With a particular emphasis on yoga and spiritual development over 17 years. Annabel trained under the LYT® Yoga Teacher Training (200hr) with an in-depth understanding of; the anatomy, yoga history & philosophy, LYT® sequencing methodology. Alongside her training, Annabel has developed her own style of teaching which encompasses a holistic approach involving breathing and neuroscience journalling practises.
Annabel teaches online and in-person, 1-2-1, private groups, communal classes and retreats around the world. Intrigued?
